She's been on such a winning streak lately that we're a little out of practice when it comes to anything that isn't an outright gush. We'll start off with this: we absolutely love her hair like that. Makeup looks great. Love the dress. Don't love it on her. It does nothing positive for her figure, especially the way it's tight across her midsection. It's a pretty little businesslike dress, but it was clearly designed only for the model-sized. Look how different it looks in the runway picture. In addition, for some really odd reason, she paired this dress with boots that, although they look to be fabulous, do not go with this dress at all. The cuff of the boot extends up inside her skirt, which just makes her look incredibly bottom-heavy, given the sleeveless top. She couldn't keep knocking them out of the park forever, we guess. At least she's not wearing a belt or a crappy cardigan. And hey, First Lady wearing Marc Jacobs. There's always that.
